Partnering with senior executive leadership, I set and deployed the enterprise technology strategy that enabled the transformation of Indigo from its start in biotech R&D to a full-fledged commercial organization across four agriculture technology businesses. I built a 65-person high performing team and partnered with numerous external technology providers to implement complex IT programs that enabled the company to scale quickly achieving over $1 billion in annual transactions, grow to 1200 employees, and expand across four continents.

I partnered with the other founding executives of Fresh Formats to develop the strategy for the launch of a new grocery chain. I led technology for the new company, designing and implementing the full technology landscape that enabled the business to launch within five months of concept and rapidly scale to $35m in annual sales with over 400 employees. I delivered a transformative digital experience in grocery through the introduction of customer and employee mobile apps, in-store digital solutions, and eCommerce services.

I drove the maturation of IT’s digital capabilities in the areas of data analytics, cloud computing, and mobile and also launched a technology R&D function that reduced time to market of new digital solutions from months to weeks.

This included leading the application integration of the Anheuser-Busch acquisition. I partnered with senior business leaders within the corporate functions to build technology roadmaps and deploy global applications in their areas. And I built the global strategy for Business Intelligence, deploying a technology platform and team to support analytics across all operating companies.

I led the design and implementation of large, complex technology solutions including ERP and CRM across a disparate range of clients, from disruptive start-ups to market leaders with >$20 billing in market capitalization.
