As Architect and founder of Ædifica, I have spent more than 35 years sculpting a vision and expertise that would achieve acclaim both in Quebec and internationally. In addition to my involvement in strategic direction, I actively encourage the creativity of some 200 design, architecture and engineering professionals who form the Ædifica team in its offices spanning Montréal, the United States and Haiti. With a background in sociology, I like to rethink traditional architectural practices by defying convention and delving into emerging complementary approaches: brand and change management, virtual reality, construction modelling. The result: meaningful and long-lasting achievements that reveal the organizational identity and culture.
