Over 30 years’ experience in General Administration, Human Resource Management, Consulting and Learning & Development with the last 15 years being in Nigerian Content Human Capital Development and Capacity Building.With highly visionary and creative skills, I have demonstrated the ability to revamp systems and processes and successfully start-up new projects. My ability to develop and apply creative solutions/strategies to capacity building put me at the forefront of training and development in the Oil & Gas service industry.I have been involved in NGO and charitable activities since 2005 and was a member of the Board of Governors, Genesis House, a women’s rehabilitation home. I am the Founder of Aviva Women’s Network, a support group for women.I am a certified Learning and Development practitioner and currently studying for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
