Regional Human Resources Director 2017- PresentProvide strategic leadership, management and development of employee relations programs, policies and services to maximize employee satisfaction and promote a high level of employee engagement while minimizing corporate risks. Oversee human resources, including employee relations by providing guidance and direction to the Human Resources Managers and business leaders for the central United States and nationwide corporate departments.  Lead Employee Relations functions and direct all related service, training, performance management processes, dispute resolution and crisis management activities. Build collaborative relationships with all levels of business partners to appropriately address trends and challenges. Protect the balanced interests of both employees and the company in accordance with HR policies, governmental laws and regulations. Provide consultation, guidance and coaching for complex, sensitive and high-risk employee relations matters. Direct organizational planning efforts in conjunction with changing organizational needs. Responsible for research, development, communication, enforcement and compliance of all global Human Resources policies. Collaborate with legal counsel and others to manage and respond to EEO and employment law compliance matters. Coach and develop team of professionals to meet service needs in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Develop and implement strategic HR programs, processes and policies across the enterprise. Identify employment policies and practices that require modification and updating; including Fact Finding process; Reduction in Force Assessments, Affirmative Action initiatives. Ensure the organization’s treatment of employees is fair, respectful and consistent with its core values of the company while supporting our global business objectives.
