• Conduct research on AI, genomics, & neuroethics under Dr. Sharp, Director of Biomedical Ethics Program• Advance trainee interests as Vice President of GREP Executive Board for all three campuses • Participate in community engagement advisory boards on digital health and individualized medicine

• Promote organizational goals to democratize access to bioethics resources and opportunities• Develop the infrastructure for outreach by coordinating efforts to identify and contact 550 institutions (private, public, and community colleges with ~20% being minority serving institutions) across all 50 states about NSBA• Personally oversee 200 contacts that include major national bioethics centers as well as institutions within 16 states across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions • Create leadership and bonding opportunities, such as monthly socials, for fellow members

• Create the on-boarding educational curriculum and RedCAP needs assessment tool for the newly constructed Fetal Therapy Board under the expertise of Dr. Christy Cummings• Conduct a literature review on the ethical line between surgical research and fetal therapy innovation • Participate in NICU Ethics Rounds and lead one on fetal therapy ethics

• Review guidelines and current literature on the impact of technology usage on the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of children • Develop an educational module to help parents integrate this information

• Examined current literature to help inform and update hospital bioethical policies relating to the determination of death via neurological criteria• Participated in Ethics Committee meetings, Psychiatry Grand Rounds, hospital residency lectures, and discussions with members of the John J. Lynch Center for Ethics

• Participated in discussions guided by physicians and researchers on having a human-centered approach to medicine with the following themes: Prose & Art in Medicine, Wellness & Spirituality, Patient-Physician Relationship, Healthy Dying, and Medical Morality
