Support and maintenance includes:•Assisting in the facilitation of accurate billing in the Patient Accounting (PA) module of Invision. This would include creating and running AdHocs, Demand SNAP, HIPPI, PRM, Service Master, CDM, TCE and Trial Balance and Balance Forward reports in Invision to compare with the CERNER data.•RTIF ADT data evaluation.•Created Access DB reports and Forms to assist with the manual procedures.•Review and correct errors from the Recirculating Error file.•Creating files to be used for automated processing with terminal emulator macros and scripts.•Setup and maintain security user access.5/07–09/07 Interface TIF/RTIF HL7 support contract at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL.Successful installation of INVISION® 27 with the implementation of the Common Vocabulary Engine (CVE). Installation of SMS Patient Management at three facilities Patient Management and Financial pathways some knowledge of the Clinical pathway including the Service Master, HIPPI, VOF and Charge master. Install the GRV3 interface. Able to read and research HL7 formatted messages. Created TIF and RTIF RTAB files and also custom changes to the RTIF interface pathway. Reading Interface messages from TIF and RTIF. Creating fields for data to be transmitted through the TANK file to Financial. Recreating PMS pathway for Patient Status Transfer function. Running OLIE scripts to update data in Invision. Created OAS-Edify (IVR phone system) pathway for patient inquiry on accounts and for in-house discharge, transfer and bed status PMS functions. Setup process in the Clinical pathways for Physician consult orders and Allergy, Height and Weight information to be sent through the interfaces. Involved in the setup and support of EasyID for printing from Invision to network printers. On-call support programmer to help users with PMS pathway functions: Admitting, HDX, Medical Records, Patient abstracting, EAD, Reservations, Resource Scheduling, Classifications, Nurse Census, Orders, interface ADT, Adhoc and printing of Hospital documents. FTP (file transfer protocol) liaison for clients that need files on the mainframe off site via the Internet. MS Access database programming and creation for screen driven reporting application used for Project management and for profile terminal and printer information. Database Administrator (EPM/MicroMan). Work extensively with Windows Office systems: Word, Excel and Access. Training IS personnel on Project Management Software and TIF/RTIF Interface functionality. Support, certified programmer and maintenance of the Edify system and IVR server.

Using MS Access and Wang PACE;Created database systems specific to the company’s specialty. Examples: Dance studio with customer lessons; Tanning salon with customer sessions; Consulting agency accounts receivable systems; Hospital project management reporting system; Hospital Printer and Terminal reporting from seven facilities using data from invision profiles. Three of the systems were created with a mailing system, customer contacts and financial reporting.
