Responsible for the growth of a geographic territory, while maintaining relationships with referral sources which include Doctor's and their office staff, hospitals, facilities and managed care organizations. Also provide explanation of benefits and complete start of care paperwork for families and patients seeking hospice care.

Responsible for day-to-day management of 2 Assisted Living Facilities with combined bed total of 137 beds including complete management of staff, scheduling, compiling payroll and working with CCLD. Responsible for marketing and sales, setting up/hosting marketing events, health fairs and community events.

Directly responsible for renting 232 units (104 independent apartments, 85 houses, 31 assisted living apartments & 12 memory care units), marketing and sales including planning and hosting health fairs, community events and professional events.

I was in charge of the Admissions and Marketing department of this busy 104 bed skilled nursing facility. I did all the tours, paperwork and Insurance verification for all admissions. I compiled and directed the weekly Rehab meetings for continuing care. I maintained the recertifications for Medicare coverage for the Department of Health. I tracked and compiled the information for the OSHPD yearly report for the Administrator. I did the outside marketing with Case Managers, Hospitals and Doctors within the 60 mile radius of the building.

As a Community Liaison I was responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing business with Doctors, Hospitals, Case Managers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Board & Care Facilities. I also attended CAHF conventions and hosted events. I helped organize professional fundraising events and healthfairs.

Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Collections for 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities.

I was responsible for the data collection and input of xray billing and CPT coding.
