About Michele Bianchi

I am a desirable future designer and positive change facilitator, pioneering the transformation of education through generative AI with COSMO (https://www.xcosmo.ai/), a new platform for training and development.Since 2019, I have been working at Futureberry, where I develop and implement transformational processes for businesses across various sectors, from cultural evolution to digital transformation, and manage events, innovation programs, and talent and leadership pathways. For the past year and a half, I have led the company’s AI and Tech area.I continuously explore how to shape and evolve the creative process, integrating human and artificial intelligence. I also teach Marketing and Innovation at NABA, and my current research at IED focuses on the impact of AI on creative methodologies.
