For 23 years, these skills and attributes were successfully applied in the office supplies industry, and wildlife was my private passion. In 2017, I followed my heart and assumed responsibility for the day to day running and business development of our family business Wild View Cameras, now one of the UK's foremost suppliers of digital wildlife watching equipment to wildlife enthusiasts, animal welfare charities, education, private and public sector.However, in recent years, we have seen a huge shift in demand for trail cameras being used for covert monitoring such as Fly Tipping, Rural Crime, Security etc, and it is a pleasure utilising both my hobby and my past Corporate Sales career, in meeting new and old clients, supplying and advising a variety of Corporate Companies and Local Authorities.My wildlife story began in 2006, helping to rescue, rehabilitate and release fox cubs back to the wild for the RSPCA and various local Wildlife Rescue Charities. We had the perfect location to do this, with a long garden backing onto meadows which had nightly visits from badgers, deer, owls, hedgehogs etc. When our cub enclosures were not in use, they were used for other wildlife, such as young rescued Tawny Owls pre release from our location, hedgehogs and emergency wildlife rescues. I have used wildlife watching trail cameras since 2008 to monitor our wildlife releases, closely watching their interactions with minimal interference from humans. In 2011 Wild View Cameras (www.wildviewcameras.co.uk) was born and since then has sold thousands of trail cameras and accessories to a huge variety of people and companies for wildlife watching to covert people watching.
