About Michele Borgialli, Mph, Msw

Greetings -I am currently working at the CDC Foundation in a director role with a $53 million annual portfolio of CDC cooperative agreements with a great team. Prior, I was employed by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services for 26 years as a public health practitioner. My last position was administrative in nature supporting the Deputy Director of the Public Health Administration - I thrived in that position! This year, I have engaged in consultancy work with the University of Michigan’s Region 5 Public Health Training Center and produced two professional development pieces for mid-level managers - a podcast on financial management and a webinar on mentorship. They were lots of fun to produce and I love providing institutional knowledge to public health colleagues in my field.Federal grants/cooperative agreements management - personnel management and hiring - systems thinking - communications - mentorship and coaching - customer service - continuous quality improvement - learning organization supportive - leadership - relationship buildingWith energy,Michele Borgialli, MPH, MSW
