Michele has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of Human Resources including talent, compensation, benefits, training, and employee and labor relations. Her industry experience includes property management, consulting and staffing services. Prior to joining MMS Group, Michele was Human Resources Manager for REL Consultancy Group in New York. She expanded their operations in California, Mexico City and San Paulo focusing primarily on international immigration law and recruiting, in addition to negotiating and implementing 401k and benefit plans. Michele is certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Human Resources Professional (PHR).
