•Provide fundraising expertise and perspective to long-term strategic planning, implementation and fiscal management.•Create and implement a comprehensive, annual-to-three-year fundraising plan to successfully support the organization's goals, ensuring annual growth. Key plan components include strategies and tactics for each of the following areas with measurable goals: major gifts, corporate sponsors, growing the ongoing donor base, monthly & planned giving programs, special events, resale, and corporate/foundation grants. Develop and implement a major gifts program for individual donors with a focus on mini-campaigns to address prioritized infrastructure needs. •Oversee programs to reach new audiences, build community awareness, enhance our digital presence and deliver compelling materials. •Partner with the Executive Director to guide the board of directors on developing their own fundraising plans. •Work closely with the Executive Director and the leadership team to executive the strategic plan. •Provide strategic counsel and reports to Executive Director to evaluate effectiveness of plans including metrics/analysis for each appeal/e-blast, donor segments, events, etc. – and proactively recommend changes in strategy as necessary •Support Serenity’s Board of Directors fundraising responsibility with key asks enabling them to take on an increasingly active fundraising role. •Develop and execute an integrated communications & public relations plan to support fundraising efforts and ensure consistency in message across platforms.
