I have worked in primary law firms and public/private energy companies (national and international) at both an advisory and operational/managerial level, building my knowledge and experience within a complex business and geopolitical context.My work in the energy sector, as it has undergone a period of profound transformation, has helped to form legislation, allowing the sector’s infrastructural and commercial development to identify balanced business solutions in multi-jurisdictional contexts, often dealing with conflicting interests. I am currently leading the energy transition process and the development of high potential new businesses, along the entire value chain (bio-methane, cng and micro-liquefaction, hydrogen, energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, renewable energy, water sector). Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of skills in Legal and Corporate Affairs, and Compliance, successfully managing regulated and non-regulated, M&A, stock exchange, public concessions, structured finance, corporate and criminal topics, also in contexts with a widespread (and often disagreeing) shareholder base, building a genuinely analytical and problem-solving attitude. In addition, I am a member of the Board of Directors of several companies operating in the energy transition sector.I am adaptable to challenges, flexible, and have strong leadership and general management qualities.
