With over 20 years of experience as an educator and 2 years as a school principal and 4 years as an Itinerant teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing, I have developed strong skills in instructional leadership, education management, staff development, and classroom instruction. I am passionate about fostering academic excellence, social responsibility, and personal growth for all learners. As the school principal at Prairie South School Division, I lead a diverse and dedicated team of educators and staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students and teachers. I also balance the responsibilities of being both manager and instructional leader, overseeing the budget, facilities, staff, and student affairs of the school, and collaborating with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to align resources and goals with the school and division vision. I am committed to supporting the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices, and to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and respect among the school community.
