Leadership responsibilities for the Early Care and Education, Student Intervention and Prevention, Special Projects, and Charter Schools Departments; Foundation, P-16, Business Compact, and various community relations. Lead the charge of forming a 501 (c)(3) fundraising arm, The Foundation @ FCOE. Serve as the executive director to The Foundation @ FCOE leveraging business and education relationships to develop financial sustainability for student academic programs and events in Fresno County schools. I have fulfilled the role of traditional educational administrator with management for the ECE, SIPD and Special Projects departments, and a significant role in enhancing our Arts Education in schools, as well as demonstrated a separate and distinct set of skills drastically different from any educational role in my work as the Executive Director for The Foundation @ FCOE, responsible for leading FCSS’s philanthropic presence locally and building FCSS’s reputation as an excellent social investment. Additionally, my work as a community leader, systems thinker, and liaison with various influential people/programs/issues such as C2C, County Departments, CBOs, and the governance and philanthropic hubs of the county, which arguable should be a highly valued contribution to an organization that views itself as an innovator and as a responsible anchor agency in our community.
