My goal is to help individuals, teams and organisations unlock potential and grow. Within a variety of settings I have three decades of educator experience including international experiences. Comfortable in a preschool setting, the school classroom as well as the non-profit world, my skill sets include communications, organisational management, change management, donor and grant solicitation, as well as personal development coaching and youth mentoring in non-profit, learning and development environments. Tenure includes teaching and directing programming within cross-cultural and marginalised communities, as well as implementing family support and intervention services. I believe I have the responsibility to continue to advocate for equity and use trauma informed practices.
