The role of the position is to monitor, challenge and assist in developing the business in the Sourcing department,Implement and maintain process to improve and control sourcing initiates in harmony with Supply strategies and Company rules.Further, the position holder will be contributing with primarily the financial/business controlling perspective but also other aspects of the business, and monitor and translate both internal and external factors influencing the Segment.Maintaining a network with other parts of the Company is another vital part of the role.• Be responsible per project costing, in ERP considering BOM inputs, material, man-hour, services before invoice and highlight Gaps from project budget• Support Project Managers in the gap analysis, when needed, on Projects Cogs deviation: budget Vs actual• Be responsible to consolidate yearly budget saving plan, prepared by buyers on goods and services. • Be responsible to consolidate data for suppliers performances (volumes, saving, DoT, not conformity, O.A.)• Routine for monitoring/utilizing raw material pricing developments, and our purchasing cost trend • Improve and implement tools ( ERP and IT tool), and SOP, to increase effectivity in supply operation activity• In synergies with Warehouse and Production managers support buyers to define the optimal lot size, to improve project delivery time and costs, maintaining the stock level under control• In synergies with Warehouse Manager Use data and analytical tools to monitor all internal and external warehouse cost trend including slow moving- Promote appropriate corrective actions with stakeholder to reduce stock/slow moving• Support Local Controller, to prepare forecasts,• Support purchasing team, As Supplier certified Auditor, in supplier qualification process• Items "make or buy" set up, and items commodity categorization• Work with a cross functional team, for total cost reductions across the whole Supply Chain and design to cost solutions
