My main responsibilities as a Field Coordinator were the followings: -Coordinate all the activities and staff (Town Managers, assistant Hydro-geologists)related to the drilling, Construction and rehabilitation of the boreholes -Project Control and refer the progress on a weekly base to the Project Manager.-Prepare Technical completion reports for all the borehole to be handed over to the water establishments and data bases construction.-Supervise civil reservoir construction and pipe line laying in some towns of the project.-Procurement-Tendering for Subcontractors, close contracts and supervise drilling subcontractor’s activities on field.-Discuss geological and technical drilling problems with the main supervisor and with the client (EU and Ministry of Water and Energy of Ethiopia), attending to official meeting and preparing official communication. -Recruitment of Technical staff- After the termination of the Contract by the Ministry of Water and Energy of Ethiopia I provided technical support for the elaboration of the delay analysis propedeutic for the arbitration process.
