I digitize the administrative procedures according to the indications of the NRRP plan.

I developed a CMS to build websites and an application that manages inbound calls. I builded both applications from scratch using PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML-CSS, Bootstrap and MySQL

I solved bugs and added new features to a ticketing app built with PHP and Javascript. Icreated with Laravel some web services to retrieve tickets. I created a script to migrate a databasefrom an old app to a new one. I made other activities using PHP and JavaScript.

I worked with Fluentis ERP (financial side), VBA and SQL Server.

Software development and IT support.

First-Level IT support using SoapUI and Microsoft Dynamics

I fixed bugs and added new features to the business software of the company (written in PHP). I made reports with SQL. I took part in some IT internal projects.

I updated cash registers and PCs of a client around Italy using the BIOS and moving by car or by plane. Furthermore I built an IT inventory of the client devices (scanners, printers, switches...).

Creating desktop application in Python to analyse BOMs and find the best prices provided by the subcontractors of Eurotech Ltd searching by MPN . I made the application using above all the python libraries such as Pandas and Tkinter.The app took as input an excel file and a csv file to create an excel file containing the analysed data with all the information that the user required.This trainee included in the erasmus project was the second stage (480 hours) of the two-years-length course (2000 hours) that I attended as "Superior Technician in Intelligent Data Analysis"

Planning of a statistical model with the IDE RStudio that gets data from the company database Cassandra by the web application Everyware Cloud. Data come from control units located in various places. By the model, the user can search data with many parameters and the data are rendered on a time series data frame and plotted on a time series graphic. So the user can analyse easily the trends of the metrics (oxygen, humidity, temperature...) and their arithmetic mean.This was the first stage (320 hours) included in the two-years-length course that I attended in "Intelligent Data Analysis".
