Responsible for all aspects of daily accounting, Human Resources and managerial duties.

• Assists with all aspects of the program including recruiting, academics, practice execution, player development, community service, film exchange with over 200 other Division 1 institutions and facilitate team film, while overseeing the management of a fifteen member squad in all of these areas.• Market Wofford College and its athletic program to thousands of potential recruits through phone calls, mass emails, and hand-written letters.• Academic responsibilities include monitoring class schedules, fostering a positive rapport among professor and academic administration, scheduling tutors, mentoring our student-athletes in values of time management, in addition to holding our student-athletes accountable to a respectful standard of classroom etiquette.• Oversees all practice scheduling, including visiting teams• Oversees all post skill work, development within practice and game execution• Organize and oversee camp details and promotion for the community for the elite camp and team camp for players between the ages of 8 and 16, as well as instructing basic fundamentals for proper player development throughout camp.• Organize fundraising event-Race for the Cure 2011/12 for members /family/friends of the team

Attended all practices, games, required events. Performed at a peak level that brought the Icelandic club success. Maintained a scoring/rebounding/assist average that aided the team to move up in the league and bring in more profit to the club.
