Disneyland Resort – Anaheim, CA

• Created a streamline approach to space planning across multiple Disneyland Resort offices spaces (macro, midi and micro) by creating master furniture outlines to quickly quote budgets and to keep design cost down.
• Spearheaded development of design master file concepts for more than 75% of resort buildings that combined documentation of furniture assets, previous project costs, office occupancy and current project budgets.
• Developed a relationship with architectural and facilities management teams to ensure they capture furniture layout and electrical, voice, and data drops in architectural packages to ensure costs are covered, prevent.
• As the lead office space planner for Star Wars Galaxy Edge, Cars Land and Avengers office spaces, I ensured project vision and design intent reflected in the final office design.

• Design consultant accountable for weekly miscellaneous requests from Oakley employees for various needs such as a component to a station reconfiguration. Reserve product from Oakley’s inventory, provide specifications.
• Replaced Oakley’s basic CAD furniture drawings with 20/20 Office Master drawing sets in order to create smart CAD drawings and specifications of product to ensure accurate furniture assets.
• Partnered with Oakley’s designer on all large reconfigures of Herman Miller Ethospace product by redrawing their furniture symbols into 20/20 Office CAD symbols, educated them on product capabilities, prepared.

Southern California Edison, Rosemead, CA

• Consulted clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings, equipment and color schemes and color coordination.
