Opened for Levy Restaurants at Nationals Park in 'Diamond Club'. Created menus for game days that featured the 'Farm to Fork' concept and showcased various cultures. Managed approximately 30 union team members to produce food for up to 800 guests. Responsible for all food ordering, cost analysis and spoilage control. Ensured high scores for Health Department inspections and company internal audits.Transitioned into Suites for the 2011 season. Continued to manage a team of approximately 30. Produced large quantities of menu items that were based on specific 'Core' menus of Levy Restaurants. Supervised 'Press Dining' which catered to the Nationals staff and Press on game days.

Prepared menu items for a fine dining restaurant, room service for up to 700 rooms and banquet events for up to 13,000 square feet. Worked day and night shifts while reviewing the fine dining restaurant menu and implementing progressive changes. Implemented a key sanitation program. Voted Associate of the month and nominated for Associate of the year.

Provided dining for up to 200 students amongst 17 classrooms and 1 employee dining area. Responsible for daily menu creation as well as culinary production for private banquet events. Ordered all food product and controlled production and waste.
