Responsible for 30+staff and over 300 children ages 3-5 years, an annual budget of over $1 million from the California Department of Education (CDE) and opened 3 new facilities and worked with local licensing agencies and community resources

Responsible for one site at a private for profit child development center. Took care hiring, evaluating, and terminating of empmployees. Collection of tuition, ordering of materials and supplies and responsible to make a profit for the corporation. Met all Title 22 licensing regulations for the facility and maintained full enrollment (infants through school-age)
