After completing my Bachelor's in Statistics, I realized I wanted to take all that theory and actually do something with it—so (a masters' in) Data Science became my next move. As I dove deeper into the world of data, I developed a genuine passion for data analysis, especially in understanding customer experiences. I love uncovering insights and telling impactful stories through data visualization, especially when it highlights the many ways customers engage with products, services, and experiences.Sure, there’s a thrill in fine-tuning machine learning algorithms, but what really excites me is when a dashboard clicks for end-users, whether they’re tech-savvy or not. And let's not forget about the data cleaning process—that’s where the magic happens! There’s something so zen about seeing the data get cleaner with each iteration, like watching everything fall into place and start making sense.Over the years (and still learning!), through hands-on experiences, I've honed my skills in data wrangling (Pandas, NumPy), SQL modeling, dashboard development (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), and machine learning (Python, Dataiku). I’m especially keen on using these tools to enhance customer experiences, leveraging data to inform better service and satisfaction. In the next couple of years, I aspire to become a versatile Analytical Engineer, seamlessly bridging the gap between data and business, with a focus on customer experience analytics. And plan to have conquered Mount Kilimanjaro by then too! If you're looking for a data enthusiast with a passion for turning information into insight that drive customer satisfaction, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
