Michele Faissola is the CEO of Dilmon, a leading family office. In his career, he co-founded Jersey-based investment firm, FAB Partners, a new investment platform aimed at large and sophisticated investors. At FAB Partners he co-led the acquisition of the Nasdaq-listed company CIFC in 2016, was involved in different asset management transactions in 2017, and serves as key strategic investment adviser to multiple high-profile investors.Formerly the Head of Asset & Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank, one of the bank's four divisions, Faissola was a member of DB Group Executive Committee leading the group’s integration of legacy fiduciary businesses, including all asset management, wealth management, exchange traded products and third-party alternative asset management businesses. Prior to that Faissola was Global Head of Rates and Commodity and member of the Corporate and Investment Banking division.Michele also served as Chairman of DWS Asset Management, Board Member and then Vice Chairman of International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), New York from 2002 – 2012.
