I deal with a broad range of activities for cross-industry startups:- Tech Scouting: Search for the best technological solutions on the market (with digital focus on the Agrifood Tech, Med Tech, Fashion Tech, Clean Tech, Smart City and Smart Mobility)- StartUp Initiative international acceleration program: selection and evaluation of high potential startups, support in structuring the business model, discovering fund raising opportunities, networking and business development opportunities with the Bank’s Corporate Clients (Open Innovation)- I attend to main networking events for startup and investor communities in Italy- Startup evaluation

Activity of support to Corporate and Financial’s clients in the following fields: payments, direct debit, accounting of securitization / revolving operations and tribute payments. Activity of support to Manager and Business analysts delivering a top of the line service.I took part in a project dealing with the review of the operation process department. We analyzed the process "as is" and after manager’s validation we drew the process "to be" with robotic automation.

SEPA PROJECT - Activity of support in the analysis and validation of AFU regarding SCT and SDD products, insertion and certification of no-regression tests related to the payments platform, analysis and certification of possible defects, participation in the drafting of any change requests to the supplier, daily relationship with the IT department. Analysis, insertion and certification of Sepa Rulebook tests with EBA Clearing.

Foreign payments: MT 202 general financial institution transfer, MT 103 customer credit transfer. Daily check of flows submitted by customers, and relative control of overdraft payments. Management of IN / OUT CONTO HAM (Home Accounting Module) transactions of the State Street mandatory reserve deposit for the Bank of Italy. Sales/purchase in foreign currency on behalf of customers, tax refund accounting, foreign check receipt, payment invoice settlement for correspondent bank activity.

Transactions services operations for Financial Institutions clients, such as: payments (domestic and foreign), direct debit, accounting of securitization and revolving operations, tribute payments.
