Manages the budget in regards to non payroll items and issues as well as manages work and leave schedule of the full time employees and the drill status guardsman. Responsible for classified reporting to higher headquarters on a monthly basis. Oversees the medical waivers, works closely with the physicians and admin personnel gathering the appropriate paperwork to obtain the best outcome for the airman. Manage and track all medical profiles, medical waivers, classified reports, unit assembly weekend oversight . Ensure Line of Duty paperwork is properly filled out for injured airman so medical bills are paid and benefits are obtained. Work with higher headquarters on medical continuation orders for injured airman.
