Process customer requests utilizing the Internet and CIS system, Completion of applications and generation of service orders; Counsel Customers with credit issues on what is required to maintain service and establish payment arrangements, Take independent actions, in the best interests of the customers and the Company by making accurate and timely decisions. Resolve billing issues with customers, check readings or other additional information to make decisions on billing accuracy; research and investigate internal and external work request to correct customer accounts, billing issues, and reconnect orders to restore services that have been disconnected for non-payment.
