Responsible for a 20+ product portfolio for SAP Data and Analytics Products. Deliver product enablement for partners with a focus on the Business Technology Platform and ISV Partners to drive strategic partner marketing campaigns for priority solutions and related enablement activities.

- Led a high impact leadership program sponsored by NA President and NA HR VP and partnered with 15+ North America Senior Executives to develop creative and innovative challenges for 20 high talent employees- Partnered our advisory board with SAP Corporate Social Responsibility, and MovingWorlds and using a consultative approach delivered business recommendations to assist 6 external small social enterprises to help solve their business challenges to drive successful businesses- Developed 5 repeatable unique sales pitches for North America Sales Market Units to use to expand their sustainability footprint in the market- SAP Corporate Social Responsibility submitted this project on behalf of the Citizens Award, and SAP was awarded the honor of 2022 Best Corporate Steward on behalf of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

An advocate for diversity to promote innovation growth within teams and organizations. As part of this opportunity I impacted the growth of the footprint for Autism employees in the workplace by 60. Specifically, developed and delivered training programs for high school students, college students, and recent graduates on the autism spectrum. The program helped prepare them for full time employment in an enterprise environment. I am passionate about this topic and am fortunate to work for a company who supports Diversity.

Responsibilities included interviewing candidates with 200 promotions into this role, offered advanced product workshops for 500+ consultants and 300+ customers, & assigned 100+ resources to de-escalate customer emergencies. Thought leader and Program Manager for the popular 'Meet the Experts' Booth at Customer Marketing Events, SAPPHIRE, ASUG, and TechED, offering over 200+ 1on1 customer sessions with SAP experts at each event.

- I held various services field positions during this 8-year time period: Consultant: Platinum Consultant, Project Manager, Program Manager, Client Delivery Manager- Led customer business teams, including steering committees, throughout project implementation lifecycle to ensure successful implementations with guidance on strategy, project management, project methodology, incident identification & resolution process, user training and go live processes- Served as project manager for 10+ R/3 projects for implementation of R/3 products: SD, MM, PP, WM, FI/CO, PS with success go lives- Served as lead SD consultant on 5+ R/3 Customer Projects- Developed Quality Assurance Program and Methodology for NA Services which was delivered to over 50 projects. Personally performed reviews for over 20 customers which resulted in zero escalations.- Assisted with critical customer accounts and resolving de-escalations on 5 customers- Assisted in refining Accelerated SAP Methodologies with the SAP Global Development team- Drove requirements with several chemical consultants for Batch Management Concept within R/2, which became standard functionality in the R/3 3.0 product release.
