Current• Answer phones/ be a positive presence in the office • Assist with payroll• Create files for new employees• Set up interviews for applicants• Interdepartmental billing• Enter Converge Info / book rooms / update website• Enter information for Calendaring Program• Submit work requests to facilities• Maintain Supplies• Coordinate orders for supplies, snacks and other materials• Submit check requests when necessary• Prepare all paperwork for Saturday/Sunday Bible Study/ and Ministry childcare• Track progress of internal numbers• Maintain Divisional Report• Enter Tally Sheets and headcounts into Spreadsheet• Pull Family Lists monthly for review• Enter headcounts into iMIS• Email/enter headcounts into spreadsheet• Pull biographies for Director• Assist with Outreach & Inreach• Send welcome letter to all visitors• Send new Member packets• Send Cradle Roll Packets• Maintain Baby Bible Program• Coordinate Parent Child Committment• Register families for PCC / make packets / send names to graphics• Deal with daily questions/issues as they arise• Mail birthday cards to Nursery members, room teachers and helpers, caregivers, coordinators, etc.• Plan for choir rehearsal childcare; weekly and special occasions• Extensive training for CVENT to create events• Assist Director as needs arise• Other Duties as assigned
