Along with the following support units: HIM, Accounting, Purchasing, Admissions. • Using behavioral based interviewing to assess skills for all candidates to determine the right fit.• Overseeing and managing the scheduling logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Consulting with managers on overall hiring decision for their teams.• Managing compensation calculation, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.• Conducting follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires.• Participating in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, including building a pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire.• Auditing new hire files to ensure we are compliant in terms of JCAHO Standards.

Assisted with implementation of TA Scorecard that was rolled out to other sites within the company.• Coordinated Onsite Career Fairs, which was cost efficient and demonstrated success in yielding great sales associates in a high volume capacity. • Frequently auditing requisitions to ensure compliance, along with taking part in our Controlled Self Assessment Audit.
