Managed and mentored direct reports, supported CMC project deliverables at 10+ CMOs including resource allocation, project tracking and budget, timeline management, initiation & negotiation of agreements, imports/exports, duty and compliance, clinical batch support, cost of goods (COG), and off-site GMP warehouse management / flow of 500+ materials spanning 7 projects.

Managed material supply of 500+ materials (raw material, intermediate, & final product), multiple warehouses, logistics, manufacturing timelines, process & completion, while supervising a team consisting of Planner/Buyers, Sales/Logistics, and Warehouse personnel; Guided manufacturing and sales processes.

Created new CMC Portfolio and Project Management team in support of the development of projects on the West Coast, rolled out new time reporting application, integrated and managed West Coast ChemPharm R&D resources and budget, drafted business plan forecasts and quarterly updates including cost to launch
