• Conduct daily analysis of client schedules to ensure coverage leading to positive outcomes and helping company to reach their goal of a fill rate of 80%. • Maintain and create detailed administrative and procedural processes to improve accuracy and efficiency for department.• Collect and organize all required paperwork for client files to ensure compliance with state regulations.• Interview, hire, and conduct orientation for new employees• Administer performance appraisals, address employee issues, conduct disciplinary actions including suspensions and terminations.• Process bi-weekly payroll and related reports for employees.• Participate with the administering and overseeing of employee FMLA/STD/LTD.• Involved in various HR administrative functions such as processing of workers’ compensation, unemployment documentation and hearings, monitor of employee and client incidents and complaints, revising employee performance appraisals, analyzing and revamping recruiting efforts, and restructuring new employee orientation.• Member of the Safety Committee which meets monthly to review all company safety standards, current issues and investigations, worker compensation filings, and create safety programs.
