• Develop functional specifications for benefit plan changes including The new Open Enrollment rates for implementation into SAP.• Monitor the various benefit/HR interfaces to the insurance carriers and work to resolve any reporting issues.• Test all benefit changes made in the Production• Migration Cycles as well as for open enrollment to assure accuracy. This includes the activities for myINFO.• Work with the HR Business Analyst assist the HR Employee Input Supervisor, HR Employee Administration Supervisor and HR Operations Manager with tracking and prioritizing team tracks or HEAT Tickets relative to HRMS changes or fixes.• Also serves as an employee input representative when volume is high or major projects require additional testing and regular input assistance.• Well versed in benefits and payroll impact with active Bechtel HR policies and procedures as well as recent legislation affecting HR, Benefits and Payroll.• Provide metrics for benefits and HR Operations

• Oversees 200+ hotels, reservation centers, timeshares and corporate payrolls.• Responsibilities include but not limited to payroll processing, multi-state taxes, treasury, garnishments, third party vendors, ESPP, benefits, leave entitlements, time & attendance, 401k, PTO, etc. • Processing of global pay increases, special bonus runs stock option exercises, etc. • Assist with hotel acquisitions and divestitures. • Experienced in system conversions, upgrades, creation of HR and payroll manuals, WebEx and onsite training. • Provide support to 400+ SAP R/3 HR/payroll users, answering questions and train users to manage systems more effectively in an effort to reduce costly errors.• Assist with pay frequency changes• Resolve issue with Month End and GL Balancing• Train and assist users on SAP Hr/Payroll
