I am an experienced intellectual property attorney with a desire to help small to medium-sized businesses protect their IP assets. I have prepared and prosecuted domestic and international patent applications with an emphasis in the computer and electrical arts. I have also provided support for IP litigation and IPR proceedings. My experience includes the agricultural, amusement park, battery manufacturing, computer, energy, medical device, semiconductor, and telecommunications industries.Prior to my legal career, I leveraged my strong analytical skills that I obtained during my electrical engineering studies across a variety of fields, including energy services, engineering services, and information technologies and systems used in financial services, education and publishing. During my multiple years of computer engineering practice, I designed, developed, integrated, and tested software solutions for electronic and embedded systems in the oil and gas, space, and defense industries.
