As a Senior Project Manager with 25+ years in the commercial construction industry, I am a hands-on leader who has a passion for building. I enjoy meeting each client’s unique needs and exceeding their expectations. I have experience in many different project delivery systems including design build, CMAR, negotiated lump sum and cost plus. I have had the opportunity to lead projects from preconstruction, bidding, scheduling (P6), buyout and contracts, all the way through to final completion. Delivering a diverse range of projects including class A office buildings, numerous schools, federal projects, big box stores, retail centers, large concrete tilts warehouses and even pedestrian bridges and parks. Many of my past projects have attained LEED certification along with multiple safe site awards.I have managed teams working closely with repeat clients, architects engineers, and subcontractors to build multiple charter schools for a repeat client across the southwest, a new manufacturing facility for a international gaming company, several self-performed concrete and carpentry projects including a recycling facility and pedestrian bridges over Las Vegas Blvd. Prior to that, I had the opportunity to build the new Spillway House at Hoover Dam, the expansion of the Clark County Development Services building, and multiple public works schools for the Clark County School District, and even worked with NSTEC building Fire Stations for the federal government. I have teamed with hospitality clients to reconfigure occupied convention spaces along with refinishing rooms in hotel towers along the world-famous Las Vegas Blvd. I am always looking for ways to increase production, limit risks and provide the client with a value-added project. My team members know me as a detailed leader that they can trust to bring the project in on time and under budget. I enjoy working with a team that is passionate about their work and likes to have fun along the way. My favorite way to lead and manage is from a mentor position and one of my goals is always to help grow the next project team.
