I had responsibility for Finance, IT, Business Performance and Commercial Services teams, and all financial reporting for the Group including to the Board and NZX/ASX.I played a significant role in the capital structure review, which culminated in the successful sale of the NZ colleges. I developed extensive modelling of various outcomes including banking covenants and facility requirements, and was key in the liaison with the bank and their advisors. I provided full support through the voluntary administration period and was committed to seeing the process to the end. During this period I was involved in the restructure of the business to resize and streamline including multiple campus closures, departmental restructures and the closure of the Australian business. -
