Supervisor
Current• Recruit, onboard, and provide training, mentoring, and coaching of employees• Supervise work activities of 15+ cleaning personnel to ensure clean campuses across three sites• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure smooth operations.• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain a safe work environment.• Inventory and order new stock to ensure adequate supplies are available• Prepare schedule for all employees and projects, maintaining continuous production• Lead safety initiatives, meetings, inspections, and worker recognition programs as mandated by the customer• Guarantee contractual compliance through surveillance, audits, and hands on inspections of work and taking immediate action when work is subpar• Delegate workload of janitorial staff members• Coach and guide employees and management regarding safety compliance issues and safe product applications.• Facilitate, document, and ensure all employees at site receive the company and customer’s required safety training and all site-specific training• Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents and accidents• Observe employees to ensure adherence to compliance standards regarding safety and health rules, policies, and procedures• Perform payroll duties• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provided constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality work
