REACH is an initiative under IMPACT that provides research for humanitarian actors to make evidence-based decisions about the humanitarian response in Northeast Nigeria. I was an assessment officer for the Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) that includes 8 sectors across the BAY States. - Analyze household surveys and key informant interviews for 8 sectors in the three States in the Northeast- Design and report in factsheets and briefs highlighting key sectoral drivers of humanitarian needs- Maintained stakeholder relations including with United Nations officials, cluster leads and partners- Design the tool for focus group discussions for in-depth analysis of Accountability to Affected Population (AAP)Focal Point - Food Security Sector - Protection Sector - Accountability to Affected Population (AAP) Working Group- Housing, Land and Property Working Group (HLP)

Provided programmatic and logistical support for Cadasta’s 12-person team and 30+ partners: - Provided programmatic and research support to include drafting reports, developing World Bank papers, and designing partner agreements and concept notes- Organized and coordinated key logistics such as board meetings, staff meetings, MOUs, contracts, travel arrangements, Cadasta 2.0 Launch event, and external stakeholder meetings- Drafted business development papers such as due diligence output documents for donors

Provided freelance research support to Ducker's projects.

Provided research and programmatic support to The Aleppo Project think tank inside the Central European University School of Public Policy.- Researched and conducted 10+ interviews with Syrians, living in Aleppo, Idlib, and Turkey, on barriers faced by Aleppians returning home - Co-drafted and published From Rebel to Regime, that was co-presented at the 4th Annual Lemkin Reunion- Managed and loaded website content for the Aleppo Project website, blog and social media platforms - Organized logistical arrangements for the Lemkin Reunion

Supported the Strategic Advisory Unit in monitoring and developing future projects under the peacebuilding and recovery portfolio- Provided research, analysis, coordination, and drafting with other team members for a full concept note for a potential program in eastern Ukraine- Analyzed and reported on the situation for youth in eastern Ukraine from a series of field interviews and program support of peacebuilding projects- Researched background materials for future pipeline projects on peacebuilding topics including youth engagement, gender analysis, and farming technology

- Assisted a policy working group with research and developing a policy framework to increase university admission acceptance for refugees through peer-to-peer review certification and alternative documentation methods - Co-wrote a report that provides context and policy recommendations addressed to universities, civil society, academics and policymakers

Develop student-centered lesson plans for ages 5-45 and all levels.

Served as the head of all staff matters and logistical arrangements for staff members for the 2014 Global Classrooms International Model United Nations Conference
