Responsibilities:• General Manager for the HPEFS business in Asia Pacific and Japan.• Responsible for P&L performance, strategy, sales and business operations. Responsibilities:• Regional CFO for all of HP business lines in Asia Pacific and Japan. Led an international team of around 600 finance professionals through 22 direct reports across 14 countries in Asia. The role had two key, yet separate functions: business partnering, Controllership. • For business partnering, collaborated with the regional leadership team to provide strategic finance guidance, commercial drive, decision-making and support to enhance profitable business growth opportunities. Combined revenue turnover for all HP business lines was approx. 25B/year.• For Controllership, led a team of ~250 accounting professionals for general & technical accounting in US GAAPs and Local GAAPs, legal statutory reporting, tax filing, statutory audit process for all of HP legal entities in APJ (Factories, Sales Offices and Distribution Centers) amounting to 60B USD/year in statutory revenue.

Responsibilities:• Regional Head of Finance for the 4.5B Imaging & Printing business (IPG) of HP in APJ. Lead a team of 80 professionals through 6 direct reports. • Key objective of the role was to partner with regional business leadership to drive profitable growth.• Responsible for all aspects of the financial operations for the IPG division across APJ including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Category Finance (pricing, P&L management), Supply Chain Finance (Logistics & Inventory management) and Sales Finance.

Finance Director for Asia Pacific and Japan for the Enterprise Storage & Servers segment. Responsible for all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting as well as accountable to drive the division towards the achievement of the financial goals.
