• Provide direct oversight of the implementation of CWOW as an application subject matter expert from pre-go live to post go-live check out with live hands on application support • Attend webex pre go-live coordination calls with CWOW regional leads, facility leadership, and patient care teammates • Travel throughout the US to lead the coordination of support and provide live hands on facility coaching to Davita Diaylsis facilities• Pre go-live hardware set up of dialysis machines to Dell thin client desktops • Perform virtual loopbacks with facility administrators and patient care teammates to follow up after facility is live with CWOW to see if they are having any issues and look for areas of improvement with facilitating the system
