As a dedicated education professional with a rich history of fostering teacher development and student success, I bring over 15 years of experience in educational leadership, training facilitation, and instructional coaching. My journey in education began with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Union Institute & University, where I graduated with a perfect GPA of 4.0. This foundation was further strengthened by earning a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida, also with a 4.0 GPA.Most recently, I served as a Professional Development Specialist at Charlotte County Public Schools, where I managed the district's Canvas Learning Management System and led the development and facilitation of professional learning sessions tailored to school improvement plans and district needs assessments. My role involved building comprehensive training courses, providing curricular resources, and offering dedicated coaching and support to instructional coaches and classroom teachers. I was deeply involved in analyzing data to craft effective professional learning plans and ensure compliance with State certification requirements.Previously, I held various roles at Vineland Elementary School, ranging from Lead Teacher to ESE Inclusion Teacher, and classroom instructor for grades three through five. My leadership extended beyond the classroom as I coordinated New Educator Training programs, spearheaded technology initiatives, and played a key role in the development and implementation of the School Success Plan.Key achievements in my career include presenting at notable conferences such as the Leader in Me Symposium and the ECTAC Conference, and being trained as a 7 Habits for Families Trainer.
