Ultimately, my objective is to obtain a teaching position that will utilize the diverse skills I've acquired from my education at Seton Hall University, student teaching experience, and Mad Science involvement. I am a graduate of Seton Hall University with a double major in Elementary & Special Education and Environmental Studies, with dual certifications in Elementary and Special Education. My pre-graduation experiences include student teaching and internships at several schools, where I implored the afore mentioned disciplines. These invaluable undertakings allowed me the opportunity to work with elementary and special needs students, accumulating 500+ hours of classroom teaching and 400+ hours of internship study. My post-graduate experience includes teaching as an instructor at MadScience, which is an after school program that gives students an opportunity to learn through a more “hands-on” approach. My exposure to Mad Science was the perfect opportunity to make use of designed teaching methods and lessons for different levels of student performance. I also recently received my certification in pre-school through third grade.Given the opportunity, I feel I would be a great addition to the professional teaching staff at any elementary school. Nothing satisfies me more than successfully overcoming challenges, and subsequently helping students succeed and achieve their full potential. Due to my extensive experience in education, both pre-graduation and post-graduation, I am capable of satisfying all daily tasks and any special assignments that may arise.
