Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, Accounting and Senior Management. Answer and screen all incoming calls. Management and ordering of all office supplies and equipment. Provide office support as required by the Senior Project Manager and Executive Administrator.

1. Provide confidential administrative support to the President, i.e. managing schedule, maintain all communication, calls, visitors and correspondence, liaison to stakeholders, update and distribute internal monthly calendar, sort incoming mail for the agency. 2. Provide grant support to the Development Director with the administration of grant applications. Obtain all supporting documents, LOA’s, resumes, etc. Responsible for monthly expenditure and programmatic reports for active grants. Follow up on all outstanding items as noted on quarterly grant grid.3. Manage all contractor agreement files and serve as a liaison between the contractors and the Finance department. Keep records of all correspondence, invoices and payments. Serve as a liaison to the Director of Quality Management to assist with all compliance issues for the Newark facilities. Manage all Fire Life Safety correspondence for Newark programs, including monthly and quarterly reports. Retain property/facility books for all Integrity programs, and ensure licensing is in good standing. Maintain vehicle books and follow up on outstanding summons, registration and insurance. Manage Commercial Insurance for the agency, including Workers Compensation. Work directly with CEO to ensure accurate premiums, coverage and compliance. Obtain Certificates of Insurance as needed, evidence of coverage and automobile ID cards for all Integrity vehicles. Submit and maintain records and conduct follow up on all commercial claims for the agency. Manage copiers, water cooler and wireless contracts for the agency. Maintain records of all purchases, invoices, and usage for each facility. Supervise Receptionist position and ensure efficient, professional and engaging front office for the Administration Building. Managed Care Administrator for private insurance applications, follow up and correspondence.

Worked with the Director of Quality Management on accreditations and marketing for the agency. Was promoted to assistant to the CEO where i worked for my remaining 2 years.
