With over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, I am a skilled and dedicated implementation manager at BeneCard PBF, a leading pharmacy benefit manager. In my current role, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and customized implementation projects for new clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, account management, IT, and sales, to provide support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Previously, I was a supervisor of clinical operations at BeneCard PBF, where I managed a team of clinical technicians, and ensured compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Before joining BeneCard PBF, I worked as a respiratory therapist at Dynamiks Healthcare, St. Petersburg, where I provided respiratory care services to patients with chronic and acute conditions. I have a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Hodges University, and I possess strong skills in written communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of health care services, and I strive to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs and expectations of clients and patients.
