* Develop and design new hydraulic components and systems for Power-shift, CVT and DCT tractor transmissions;* Evaluate the feasibility of hydraulic system concepts through system simulation with dedicated tooling (AMESim/Automation Studio);* Evaluate and share the results of system simulations with controls engineers;* Lead design and technical review with engineering team, suppliers, advisors, purchasing department, cost analyst;* Provide input into the creation/modification of product specification; * Provide support to testing departments.* Assess reliability, safety, performance and risk of new system design. Evaluate the compliance with specific international standards and regulations.* Transfer of designs to manufacturing through liaison with manufacturing engineering andexternal suppliers;

Responsible for:* Leading prototype building activities of Driveline (Power-shift, CVT, Mechanical) including developing preliminary build plans based on vehicle specifications respecting the test plans and program timing; * Leading workshop team activities and ensure all program deliverables are met. * Perform failure analysis and provide interpretation of results for gear and bearing failures.* Generate reports detailing the root cause of failure and corrective actions.

* Modeling the hydraulic circuit of a tractor with CVT driveline by AMESim, simulating and analyzing the steady-state and transient behavior of hydraulic components evaluating the performance of the system and relative mechanical devices.
