Since 2001, I have been the first point of contact for prospective plastic surgery patients. I promptly respond to new patient leads by email, phone, and text. I listen to their concerns, and hold in-depth discussions about the risks and benefits of the procedures that will best help them reach their goals. I am the liaison between the patient and provider by keeping the lines of communication flowing.Prior to this, I was a flight attendant for Delta Airlines from June 2000 - November 2001. During my short tenure at Delta, I maintained all FAA safety regulations, while providing superior customer service each and every flight.
