Professional experiences include The Boston Consulting Group, both in the São Paulo and Lisbon offices, developing projects in South America, US and Europe including supporting the Portuguese Government in designing its Kyoto Protocol plan in 2005. In addition, head of Corporate Development at Votorantim Cimentos working in partnership with the sustainability team. Other experiences include Unilever, Braskem, Arcelor and Central de Cervejas/Heineken, where worked as Marketing Manager and Innovation Champion. More recently, has been working with B2B and B2B2C companies and in partnership with consulting and private equity firms in evaluating business plans and new ventures, board presentations, and acting as sounding board for new ideas and strategies. MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politecnica/USP. Recently completed the Sustainable Capitalism Program by Berkeley Law and the Board of Directors Program by IBGC as preparation for ESG/Innovation/Strategy Committees and/or Boards at B2B and B2B2C companies. Throughout the career, was the leader for Latin America of Consumer Insights at BCG – Boston Consulting Group, leader for Latin America of the Women Initiative practice at BCG and one of the first women to become General Manager at Grupo Votorantim.
