Currently I own a fast casual restaurant and catering company,called Your Way Cafe. I run all the day to day operations from human resources to food production. My passion is superior customer service. I start every staff meeting with the same speech. "In Jacksonville, you have 68 choices for a lunch option, if we do not seperate ourselves from 67 of them, we will go out of business." We reached our 5th year of business this year, so I hope we are doing something right.
