More than 5 years in the Pharmaceutical Sector, I specialized in Validation activities in GMP environment,including the issue of Project (DQ), Installation (IQ), Operational (OQ) and Performance (PQ) Qualification protocols for:- Clean GMP Utilities (PW and WFI production, storage and distribution systems, pure steam, PCA, Ethanol and HVAC systems);- Production equipment, such as CIP (Cleaning In Place) and COP (Cleaning Out of Place) systems, tanks, scales, hoods for dispensing materials (contamination class A), centrifuges, thermostatic product transfer lines, pumps;- Laboratory equipment, such as autoclaves, stoves, incubators and hoods;- Coldroom (@-25°C and @+5°C for the storage of plasma, products and intermediates), production warehouses (T @+20°C, HR ≤70%) and systems for monitoring thermal and thermo-hygrometric conditions of the rooms.Use of calibrated instrumentation suitable for performing OQ and PQ tests, for the systems described above, such as:- Ellab Valsuite Pro acquisition system, Tempstick and Humisitck dataloggers, for thermal and thermo-hygrometric mapping;- Minicapt microbiological air samplers and Climet and Lasair particle counters within classified environments;- Differential pressure gauges and fan anemometers to calculate overpressure and air changes of HVAC systems;- Drӓger colorimetric vials for line drying tests.And issue of the related validation reports (IQ/OQ/PQ).Coordination of consultants to execute above mentioned activites.
